Always great service and friendly staff

Went in with three Items to be worked on. Two were done without delay. have to get a part for the third Item. Serviced is excellent at Key Chevrolet.

Very easy from scheduling, to drop off, and pick up. Fred had always been very helpful and accommodating.

Service did a great job, my advisor went over everything clearly.. However I am NOT pleased with the financial dept. While getting service I went over to purchase an extended warranty. The financial guy was not in his office the entire time I was there so I left a note explaining what I wanted and my phone number right on his desk next to the keyboard. He never called me. I only have a few hundred miles left before I qualify for the GM warranty. I am not happy.

Sean johnson and Diago were amazing to work w. Ended up buying two vehicles. Would def. Recommend to anyone looking for a new/ used vehicle to consider Key.

overall is good but the rearend differential fluid change is bit outrageous price ! $130. for labor ? it take only drain and plug it ,filling in fluid in ten minutes . fluid could get from any auto parts store lot cheaper . the price would be cheaper at Local mechanic shop

They were and have been very professional in the service department. They gave me a quote and a time it would take to do the job. It was spot on.
