    Ethan is pretty amazing. I can't say enough good things about this transaction. Paperwork took 10 min, when I've been stuck in other dealerships for hours. On top of that, I got a deal where I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Ethan was very straightforward about everything during the process and there were no "charges" that a lot of dealerships add so they can negotiate them off. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, but this had to have been the easiest. If you're looking to purchase from Key of Newport, honestly the experience will restore your faith in working with dealerships

    I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire change, and front-end alignment. After leaving the dealership, I noticed that the front end still shook when I applied the brakes. When I called back to inform you of the issue, the service representative mentioned that it might be due to the tires and that they wouldn’t check the balance since I didn’t purchase them there. However, the shaking occurred before the tire change. I know you drove the vehicle and must have noticed the shake in the steering wheel; it is very noticeable when I apply the brakes at 55 mph. I had an appointment to bring it in on April 24th. However, I start work at 3 AM and often don’t get off until 4:30 PM, sometimes even later until 6 PM. I didn’t buy the tires from you because your service department is no longer open on Saturdays like it used to be when we purchased our vehicles. I work 12 to 16 hours a day, five days a week, and 3 to 6 hours on Saturdays, making it difficult to leave early to address this issue. From now on, I prefer to deal with Fred only in service. Additionally, when we bought our vehicles, your service department was open on Saturdays. The current hours are not conducive to those of us in the working class who have demanding schedules. I need to reschedule to get this fixed at a convenient time, or I would appreciate a reliable loaner vehicle for the day mine is in service. Over the last twenty years, we have bought seven vehicles from you, the last two costing almost $100,000 combined. If you wish for us to continue doing business with you, please remember that we are the customers. Thank you.
